Best storage facility in town! Low rates and onsite staff is great too. You can tell that the managers Abenji and Kassandra take pride in their job. The facility is very clean, very secure building. They even have a referral program too!

Had a difficult experience at first, as I do understand mistakes happen, The manager, Rene, was out of this world with her customer service. She is the reason why they are getting five stars, she called from her personal number and made it very clear that i can have access to her directly if I had any issue. She corrected every previous mistake and how could you not respect and appreciate someone so dedicated, that make themselves available to the customer 24/7. Thank you!

This place is ridiculously clean. I was offered a great rate for a bigger unit by Taynaysia Whitley, so I went,same day, an grabbed my items out of my previous facility... lol.. She was personable and answered all my questions clearly. The rental agreement was explained well and I was in and out in under 10 mins.. Awesome experience..

Rented over the weekend at this facility. They were super busy but the manager jasmine was so pleasant making my move in experience super smooth first time storage customer. Jasmine is very informative. Facility is equipped with great access and you can also rent a u-haul at the same location.

This is the perfect storage ever. You will have clean space. Alto of space to park the car. You can rent trucks at homedepot if you want to move things. And the perfect place in front of homedepot, costco and costco gasoline. They will help you with everything. Best storage ever 👍

Had an amazing, easy & quick experience! Walked in (no reservation), was able to get a bigger & better unit than i was expecting and at a better price than i was expecting! Jasmine & Reggie are both great! Reggie helped me the first time i came to help me understand how it works and what prices are looking like and showed me around the units & he was the reason i actually came back and rented a unit from them. When i came back to rent, Jasmine helped me and she did an amazing job in helping me find exactly what i was looking for at a price that i couldn't be more content with. I've had bad experiences in the past with storage places but Jasmine went above & beyond to ensure my confidence in their facilities and she got me into a U-haul truck super quick and easy with no hassle! The staff is super transparent with everything, the place is super clean, easy to access and super convenient access times! would 110% recommend coming here if you are looking for a clean, safe place to keep your personal belongings!!

On Tuesday Jan 24, 2023 at approximately 4:44pm I entered a brand new storage establishment called Drive-Up Storage, which is located at 54 Nardozzi Pl New Rochelle, NY 10805 It's situated right across the street from Home Depot and it looks amazing. Along with the physically appealing appearance I was greeted by two really cool and professional store managers, Reggie and Jasmin. They were both friendly but not pushy and we're very knowledgeable about the business. They were also thorough and provided ample information for me to make an informed decision. Jasmin took me to see the units and the units were well constructed. After checking out a few I decided on the 10X 10 units The rental process was quite easy and the process was done in no time, all thanks to their proficiency. These managers are so down to earth and the interaction felt like I was catching up with old friend. I highly recommend Drive-Up Storage for all your storage needs. They also have U-Haul rental vans at the location and their units are at a promotional rate but I don't think the rates will remain for long. Also they provide price match with competing storage establishment. So don't hesitate. Pull up and ask for Jasmin or Reggie. Their excellence in customer service will be a pleasure. I tend to be that guy who ask 101 questions and at no time did I sense any impatience from them. If anything the went above and beyond in explaining the particulars. This facility is truly top tier. From the cleanliness of the storage facility to the exceptional service from the on-site management this storage facility is absolutely amazing. Both managers, Jasmine and Reggie, made my experience with finding an affordable unit an absolute breeze and they have solid amenities like a spacious elevator, clean stoage units and moving equipment/vehicles available on-site as well. This is my first experience with having to deal with a storage facility and I am truly grateful to the staff for making it way easier than I had initially expected!

I was very hesitant in which storage facility to look into, I’m new to the area & recently just moved into my new apartment with little to no extra storage space. I decided to check this place out & thank God I did. I was greeted with a wonderful girl named Jasmine who happened to be a manager who was extremely patient with me, & gave me a very in depth tour on the facility with a great price on my unit. Reggie even pointed me in the direction of finding a mover. I would be referring you guys thank you so much!
